We are one of the UK\'s leading Healthcare providers is looking to recruit an experienced NVQ Assessor to join their expanding team in East Anglia.
The role will involve the assessment and ongoing support of NVQ candidates in a variety of work places. This will entail taking responsibility for a group of learners and ensuring that they are able to successfully complete their qualification to contribute to meeting the ambitious company targets. The job will also require regular liaison with the various workplace managers to maximise potential for employer engagement.
The successful candidate will have a good general education, be a qualified Assessor (A1 or updated D32/33). In Addition, experience of assessing a range of candidates to qualification in NVQ Health & Social Care level 2 and level 3, experience of providing training and development to adult learners, evidence of up to date knowledge and practice in vocational area of Health & Social Care. Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel.
