Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting for an experienced Floating Support Worker. You will work within a busy supported housing team for a highly reputable Housing Association in the Kent area.
Duties:
• Provide low to medium support for mental health clients
• Provide advice and support
• Conduct support plans and risk assessments
To be considered for this role you will have relevant experience of working within a similar role for a local authority or housing association.
