Full Description:

A great opportunity to work as a Personal Injury Paralegal/Claims Unit Leader for a legal 500 firm based in their Essex branch. The firm deals with large volumes of insurance PI claims dealing most with RTA claims.

You would be working as a unit leader in charge of a small team, working to motivate, support and manage team members. Some management experience would be an advantage.

The firm is looking for someone with experience handling PI claims and using a case management system, as well as a sound understanding of dealing with pre and post litigated case loads.
