Description of department
The Contracts department currently consists of 3 people and is responsible for generation of all standard contracts for clients and contractors and becomes a point of contact for all contractual queries with contractors.
Overall purpose of the role
Oversee and manage the day to day contractor contract generation process and generation of standard Square One client terms and ensure that all queries are dealt with professionally and within set time frames.
Principal role elements
Responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Contracts Team, managing timely delivery of contracts and liaising with Sales to keep them updated as to when contracts will be sent out and determining which contracts should be prioritised.
Responsible for generating, verifying and distributing weekly reports to Practice Directors.
Responsible for signing off contract documentation for extension deals, re-issues and non-contentious end of contract paperwork.
Responsible for signing off all new placements with pre-agreed terms once terms are finalised.
Liaising with Accounts and Contractor Payroll with regard to any potential issues or queries.
Responsible for the management of logging details of all client schedules.
Responsible for authorisation of all signed schedules and agreements received from contractors.
Responsible for notifying Sales and/or contractors of any further information or documentation required in order to authorise the placement for payment.
Ensuring database of terms is up to date.
