Job Description

CALL CENTER RESOURCE PLANNER - NORTH LONDON required to provide support for the Customer Services management team by preparing accurate & timely variable forecasts. You will be responsible for matching staffing to workload arrival patterns, planning schedules, maintaining accurate staffing data, assisting with long-range staffing plans & handling multiple tasks aimed at meeting/exceeding ongoing service level & occupancy. You will be required to have 5+ years of c.c workforce management exp particularly covering forecasting & scheduling, 2 years exp in a management/supervisory c.c role. Exp of implementing c.c S/W preferably SHIFT TRACK & ideally with Six Sigma Green Belt certification. A full job spec is available & all cvs by email in the first instance.
