Job Description
An Asset Manager is required for a Housing Association based in London
My client a Housing Association in London is looking for an Interim Asset Manager. Reporting to Head of Property Services you will develop, co-ordinate and manage future investment programmes relating to property portfolio and meet needs, corporate targets, objectives and standards including the Decent Home target by 2010.
Main responsibility:
to manage the surveying and Major Projects Team responsible for the procurement, commissioning and delivery of the major works planned investment programme and cyclical maintenance
