Job Description
A Newly Established Shared Service Centre based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Receivables Manager to join their central management team.
The SSC deals with European operations for the group and this particular role will include the following duties:
* Growing the AR team from 2 to 7 people over the next 6 months
* Implementing month end procedures using Oracle
* Setting up Excel reports
* Training new staff, carrying out regular staff appraisals and managing disciplinary action where appropriate
* Ensuring the use of the SSC is maximised throughout Europe
The successful candidate should come from a blue chip background and must have prior staff management experience from either a Shared Service background, or within a Global US Based company with exposure to European Operations. Although not essential, fluency in a second European Language would be advantageous in this position.
