A large banking group is currently looking for strong Business Analysts coming from a finance/accounting background and the banking industry. The purpose of this role is to work within the process controls and reconciliations team to map the as is process, controls and reconciliations and to design the processes. Duties will also include requirements gathering, gap analysis and process mapping.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability/experience of requirements definition and gathering and process design mapping experience is essential. Banking/Financial Services experience is essential, alongside strong MS Office including MS Word and Excel and advanced Visio. Finance and accounting experience is required.
