Our client is looking to recruit a Market Risk Business Analyst to assist with a number of high profile Risk projects. As the Business Analyst you will assist with the specification of new risk feeds into the existing system and reconcile & test the new risk feeds, liaising with Market Risk Managers to agree outputs. You will conduct and manage the analysis and capture of Market Risk and Regulatory Reporting business requirements and liaise with IT to ensure enhancements to the new system are costed and benefits defined. Ensure analysis and documentation of functional requirements and functional specifications for business sign-off and IT development. Working closely with Risk IT during the development and perform functional testing to ensure correct implementation. You will also need to have experience of change management, financial transformation and have experience of working for a consultancy.
Experience required:
- Market Risk sensitivities and measurement
- Market Risk reporting and processes
- VaR calculations
- Credit derivative instruments
- Investment Banking
- Consulting experience
- Business analysis experience at a senior level
