Job Description
Our client is a modern purpose-built 56 bed care centre in South west London with good facilities and a strong reputation. They want to fill the key post ofTeam Leader. You will be a RN or RMN with good clinical skills, experience in care of the elderly and the elderly mentally frail, and a proven track record in leading and motivating a busy team effectively. One of three full-time Team Leaders, you will be leading a team of qualified nurses and carers to develop the service. This is a great opportunity for someone to utilise their managerial skills within an innovative, exciting home.
