This high-quality, well-established restaurant in Essex is looking to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Brigade. Dealing with over a thousand covers a month and banqueting facilities of up to two hundred, this three star hotel offers a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Chef to gain experience and skills.

Duties of this Chef de Partie job will include:
-Maintaining the high standards of the establishment
-Working as part of team
-Running a section of the kitchen as required
-Following instructions effectively

The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be as required by the business, reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this position will be a sound Chef de Parties with a sound experience in three and/or four star hotels. The ability to confidently run a section is essential, as is the capacity to carry out instructions to a high standard. Competence is banqueting and A la Carte cooking is a significant advantage. This Chef de Partie position would also be suitable for a Commis Chef with a sound three or four years of experience
