Vice President/Manager EMEA Region - Customer Support.
New opportunity to be a Vice President/Manager/Director - managing the service department and all associated activities in the UK and EMEA
Key factors for the role include:
Leading a large team of senior people (eg Service Manager, Field Service Manager and Response Team Manager), responsibility for identifying product design flaws, product parts failures and future product design improvements. The Vice President\'s/Director\'s role requires candidates who are ideally degree level qualified in an engineering discipline along with experience in service management in an international business. Key competencies include team leading and supervising, working with people, relating and networking, persuading and influencing - this role is not for the faint hearted! The salary for the role will range from £45-£50k along with some excellent benefits.
