Job Description
I need to find excellent MCR operators for this very, very large west London based Broadcaster.
To be considered for this role you need to have proven skills in the following areas.
- An understanding of broadcast production and transmission platforms
- Awareness of broadcast technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a digital television environment
The successful candidates will be responsible for
- the delivery of engineering solutions to the transmission services
- achieving personal objectives
- sharing of technical information
- workload planning and prioritisation
- maintaining platform stability
- problem solving
- team building
- training of non technical staff
