CRM Executive – Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and CRM / Brand Manager, the experienced CRM Executive will take responsibility for the implementation of the email marketing plan, striving to improve overall email marketing communications and drive revenue for the business.
CRM Executive - Responsibilities:
Implement email marketing calendar including monthly emails for various segments within the business
Project manage and co-ordinate activities through devising project plans to pull together email marketing activity working with all key internal and external stakeholders (reports team, business units, design team, translations team) ensuring all campaigns are customer-centric and are delivered within timescales
Deliver high-impact email marketing campaigns with focus on improving open rates, click through, conversion and decrease churn rate
Creating, proofing and launching campaigns in email software (Responsys)
Managing internal communication to relevant stakeholders including campaign launches and reporting on key KPI’s with analysis/recommendations for driving revenue
Implement testing strategy in current email programme and use learning’s for the future campaigns to generate further revenue
Take ownership for implementation of enhancements within email marketing strategy including testing, cross-selling, dynamic content, new welcome activation programme
Assist with the roll-out of all re-brand activities across all channels (e.g. websites, merchants, exhibition stands, signage, stationery, literature)
Demonstrate and advocate best practice on email marketing, communications and CRM
CRM Executive Key Skills required:
Essential
MUST HAVE previous email marketing/database marketing experience
Elite or Top Tier Degree educated in relevant discipline
Proven project management experience
Attention to detail
Ability to influence across all levels
Ability to work well within a team-environment
Communication skills
Commercially minded
Analysis/reporting skills
Planning/Organisation
Desirable
